Scotland Northwest Landscape Photography Fine Art Prints

I have deep roots in Scotland (clearly evidenced in my name) which draw me back again and again. Having lived there for 8 years, I have grown to be intimately connected with Scotland’s landscape, people, culture, and history. While I am no Munro bagger (I have summited just 15/282 3000ft+ mountains), I thoroughly enjoy climbing the many peaks and exploring the farthest reaches of this wonderful country. My adventures have taken me from the shores of the River Dee and the wild mountainous terrain of Torridon, to the calming white sand beaches of the Isle of Harris. To me, Scotland, and especially the northwest, represents the best that the UK has to offer. It hosts an incredible diversity of landscapes, dramatic weather, and endlessly inspiring views. I have spent the last year dedicated to exploring the country and making unique images. The photographs below represent my finest black and white photography in some of the UK’s most remote locations.
